Tom Galantomos

Managing Director

Tom is an IT&T veteran of 18 years. He is backed by extensive experience in senior sales and channel roles within organisations such as Compaq, AAPT and DHL in Sydney. For several years he was the Director for Channel and Alliances across Asia-Pacific and Japan for Altiris, and gained a strong perspective of the software channel in the Asia-Pacific region.

Tom first discovered the SaaS model when he was writing a university research paper on ASP, and has since become and an advocate. He is driven to enable Asia-Pacific businesses with SaaS and to improve productivity and bottom line.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business (Management Information Systems) from the University of South Australia.

Stephen Pech

Technical Director

Stephen has worked in the technology industry for nine years, specialising in designing, developing and selling software that improves enterprise performance and processes.

Prior to co-founding NexGen, Stephen held several business development and technology consulting positions, with both SaaS start-ups and multi-national enterprise software companies like Altiris. He has gained his international perspective from experience in cities such as Dubai, London, Singapore and Sydney.

Like Tom, Stephen is driven by the challenge to improve productivity through the SaaS model. Stephen holds a Bachelor in Computer and Information Science and is currently furthering his accreditations with an M.B.A. in Technology Management. On top of this, he has to his name multiple enterprise technical and consulting accreditations.
